Hello Cathedral family,
Summer time is here!
My prayer for you this summer is that while you’re enjoying the beaches, water, sun, fun and backyard barbecues, you’ll also take time to acknowledge all the good things in your life. James 1:17 says that all good things come from the Lord.
You’ve heard the old adage; is the glass half empty or half full? Well, this summer, determine that you’re going to see it half full. It’s an ever so slight adjustment that will make your summer so much better!
This Sunday we’ll continue our series ExitUs. If you missed last Sunday, you will enjoy the fact that we are also celebrating the Lord’s Supper together again this week. I can’t think of a better way for our church family to start summer than with Communion, a time when we are instructed to remember what Christ has done for us.
Talk about seeing the glass half full! How about full to overflowing and beyond! That’s the promise of life Christ gives us, and communion helps us remember His amazing grace for us all!
